Clumping cat litter – not successful!

Tried some ‘Fuller’s Earth’ clumping type cat litter. Not a success! Large, clay like, lumps had to be removed. Horrid! Now gone back to previous wood chip variety. I think there are some excellent clumping varieties of cat litter – but the best are, I fear, rather expensive.   We will have our ‘indoor’ cats for many years, so the cost of this stuff is somewhat significant.

  1. Try the new Litter Pearls 50/50 Blend from Ultra Pet. It is rather expensive but it has the benefit of a traditional clumping litter mixed with an odor removing silica.
Alternatively try Green Tea Leaves Litter. A clumping litter made from recycled wood treated with Green Tea Leaves which eliminate odors.
Both are eco friendly and are available from http://www.socalpetshop.com
